The Volt Switch is a low voltage power supply giving 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12V d.c. at up to 5 amps. Generally the a.c. voltages will be about 2V higher than the d.c. values. The output is unregulated – this means that when a load is applied the voltage will drop somewhat. a.c. and d.c. outputs may be used simultaneously up to a total of 5A.
The Volt Switch also has an electronic cut-out system to protect against short circuits and overloading.
